October Update: Apologies for the delay (Super Sales 2)

Howdy everyone,

My apologies for the delay on my normally timely (1st of the month) post.

Super Sales 2 is well on the way and has crested the 50% marker. I've booked the editor, and sent my info to the cover artist.

Beta reader selections will end up being started at the end of this month, and go live November.
Beta reader selection will be done by Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/WilliamDArand) While I know this will be a disappointment to some, this is just an easier way for me to keep track and use people who are truly interested.

There were a number of people who have  been part of the beta reader program, who provide no feedback, and were clearly only looking for a free book read. :(

Randi Darren's Eastern Expansion, the sequel to Wild Waste's, audiobook has gone live(https://www.amazon.com/Wild-Wastes-Eastern-Expansion/dp/B0763RYZJS)

Nothing else to report!

    5. Read super sales three times before I had to resort to builders sword and others. Builder's isn't "that bad" far cry from yours though. Finished 1-9 of emerllia series and now on to builder's 3. Please write faster, LOL.

    1. That's the hope and goal. I may miss it. But I write books fairly quickly. About 33% a month :)

And if I miss November, it'd be early December.

    2. That would be a nice Xmas present. We get books. You get money. It works.

  5. Thank you so much for posting these regular updates. I loved your first book and am anxiously waiting to read the second one. Your frank and informative updates make the wait much easier to cope with.

The fact that you actually read and respond to fan posts is also quite wonderful. I recently bought and thoroughly enjoyed your wild wastes audiobooks. I had no idea they existed and only found out about them through a reply you made to another post re: level of erotica in super sales. You were wise to have one series focus more heavily on ero and the other less so while publishing them under different pen names. The fact that the main characters of each series serendipitously and "hypothetically" fantasizes about being the other in passing was a nice referential touch. You, sir, and are a mad genius. Thanks for being so awesome.

    1. Just doing what I'd want if I was the reader, really. :)

In all things. I know the worst for me as a reader was never knowing things. Pen names, dates, delays, concerns. All of those things I wanted to know.

So... I make sure i'm honest, and relay it cleanly :)

Glad you enjoyed the books, btw.

    1. Chapter 19. More than halfway in.

      You're looking for...

Vince sighed and let go of the dial.
Clicking once more, the window inverted and opened.
Opened onto a room with people in it.
A young man with brown hair was staring back at them through the gateway. He was seated behind a wooden desk with a magical construct in front of him.
      “What the…” said the man
Beside him a female Waster, or so Vince assumed since she had animal ears on top of her head and a tail, lifted something that looked a lot like a gun to her shoulder.
      “Andrea, wait!” shouted the man.
Red hissed and leapt on top of the control bank in front of Vince, her eyes glowing hotly. Ready to fight and take lives in a heartbeat.
A beautiful woman in strange tightly fitted attire to the man’s right flung out a hand, and a series of blazing symbols started to spread through the air.
Stepping up closer to Vince, Blue held out her staff in front of her. A visible green aura began to rapidly spread out around her staff. The light began filling the room.
It all happened in under two seconds, and it looked like it was going to get worse.
Vince reached out and flipped the dial forward, trying to move the portal forward as fast as possible.
The gateway sputtered and hissed, rapidly changing worlds as the dial spun.
Then it crackled loudly and blew out to a size twenty times its original before collapsing to nothing more than a pinpoint.

  9. Picked up the (1st) audiobook/ebook on a cheap sale over at amazon after seeing the description on Audible (and listening to the humorous preview) and I am loving it. Can't wait for the sequel and I even ordered a physical copy because of how much I'm enjoying it.

  11. Just finished all you books. At least those I am aware of and I love the way you build your main characters. I had a much longer post but apparently the ie I was using decided to kick me out at just the wrong time. Summary of it is I love your works and look forward to the next with eager enthusiasm. I have also unfortunately read the builder series... Enough said... You are my favorite author and I don't bother reading your samples just straight to the purchase as I know it is well worth it. Thank you for you time and energy to make such quality books.
