  1. Man, SS2 was soo good :D
Been listening to it since it because available this morning, and just couldn't stop till it was finished.
Please don't make us wait half a year for the audiobook after the next book is done though, its been brutal :(
Nick Podehl did a pretty good job, all things considered, did take a bit to get used to though.

  2. I'll miss Hays' versions of the characters in Super Sales, but Podehl is fantastic as well. His Felix is a bit jarring but I'll get used to it.

  3. I pre ordered the book and instead of paying with a credit I payed for it full price cajsc I know you disserve it. The last book was amazing and I know thisnont will be out of this world as well also don't worry about pumping the books out fast like other authers focus on quality.

  5. I'll admit, I was concerned about how Nick would manage Andrea's voice since Hay's version was so iconic. But he pulled it off wonderfully. I DO mis his sound effects, though. Never-the-less, I look forward to each and every book you put out. I can't wait for the next one!

  8. Feel free to delete this if it’s spoilery but how did three manage to hang who she hanged at the end when she likely would have taken an oath not to harm him while in service.

  9. SS2 was a ton of fun and as an audible listener I appreciate the reduction in point declaration! Itd be nice to go straight to the item in question in the audible. Cant wait for book 3!

  10. I'd never heard of the ss book, Otherlife or you as an author before ss2 popped up in my audible recommendations but it sounded interesting so I got the first one and couldn't stop listening till I'd finished them both. I absolutely loved the books, so much so that I immediately relistened to book one and am several chapters into ss2 for the second time. I've even gone ahead and got all three of the Otherlife books to start next since I have no doubt they'll be great as well. I'm looking forward to listening to them as well as any and all of your future books. thank you for a wonderful read... Listen? Whatever you'd call it lol. Either way you've definitely got one new fan and I'll be recommending the ss books to anyone who will listen!

  12. Audible has been urging me to aquire this series for ages, as it noticed I had discovered the litRPG genre. I kept meaning to pick it up, if only for the wolf girl, and finally did. Apparently good timing, I didn’t realise that 2 only just came out. Loved them both, and as a RL poly person, it is nice to see a multiple relationship that just happens and is no big deal. It is interesting you note on your other series (Which I hope to aquire sometime when I have Audible credits) as a warning, yet I admit it is a selling point for someone done to death with reading love triangles endlessly, everywhere. I look forward (eagerly!) to book 3, hopefully I don’t end up hanging as a couple other audio series have lately. :)

    1. Audible guesstimate pleeeeaaaase!

I'm a big fan of both Hays and Podehl. Any idea on who's going to narrate this next one?

    2. Just meandered into one of your earlier posts about the change of narrators.

Hays' "pancakes!" will be missed but Podehl has done superb work on book 2.

The only other thing is Podehl didn't quite hit the level of sultriness & teasing tone that Hays provided Lily.

But Bravo to both you and Podehl on SS 2

  17. After reading Fostering Faust, and remembering Kit's commits during the first auction in Super Sales 1, I can't help but think that you are without a doubt apart of "The Bachelor Nation".

  18. I have to tell you that SS2 WAS THE MOST FUN I'VE HAD READING A NOVEL SINCE BEING A KID. SO FUN. Great dialog.

  19. For some reason people are mixing up a unique Plot device (Slave Ownership) with how you have done this book. I blasted through SS1 and SS2 quickly and can not wait for SS3 now that you have added Gods to the mix.

You have nothing to apologize for in how you wrote all the strong female characters in your books with Filex with the "GOD" power (as long as he has points) who has NOT taken advantage but will kill to protect his own and yes you have hit your demographic of 95% young male just fine for this genre of LitRPG!

I am desperate for unique storylines and why I jumped into a new (to me) genre of LitRPT, thank you for doing a great story! Any ETA for SS3 ebook?

    1. Oh GOSH, I know RIGHT?! That's one thing Jeff did great that Nick couldn't quite replicate. The first book almost had the feel of a top quality radio-show. It was AWESOME!
