March 2019 - Dungeon Deposed 2

Allo! March update for time. Dungeon Deposed 2 is live (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PBDKKHF) The audiobook is "Eventually" though Andrea already has the book. Fostering Faust 2 did very well, and seems like many people enjoyed it. The audiobook is looking like mid March, late March. Depends on Audible itself. Next up in the hopper for 4/1 is Remnant. A Randi Darren novel. Now... do that thing you crazy lovely people always do. Go share this with the groups and pages you think would enjoy Dungeon Deposed. I hope you enjoy DD2, and please be sure to leave a review. Reviews are so frighteningly important now with how Amazon does things :)

    1. I'm in the same boat as the creator of this thread! Thanks for some good story crafting!

  2. I want it said that I really enjoy *all* of your books, but I remain convinced that you destroyed the narrative stakes of Super Sales and Wild Wastes by tying them to Otherlife.

    1. You're an idiot. Not necessairly for feeling that way, but for complaining about it on the authors website. Go read read an Eric Vall novel, or some other mindless book that doesn't make you think to much.

  3. Was there a character named Rike in any of your previous books other than Dungeon Deposed 2? The name sounds familiar but I can't think where I've seen it.

  4. She's the goddess who was forced to surrender at the end of Otherlife. Meaning the Queendom of Dale - and Dungeon - is part of yet another simulation.

  5. Really? The way I read it was that Dale is one of the kingdoms on the mainland caught up in the holy war between Rannulf and Lambart. So it would take place shortly after the end of Otherlife Awakenings.

  6. I'm pretty sure it's the prime server world, but in the distant future from Otherlife. Arand has a wiki somewhere that has Dungeon Deposed listed as the Prime World.

    1. I've been assuming its only about a half dozen years after Otherlife Awakening. Alrick is still a small boy unless thats just the avatar he prefers. I was thinking Runner is just starting his campain on the mainland during DD.

  7. I appreciate you mentioning the wiki. After reading DD2, I thought that it took place on the prime server but wasn’t sure. I cannot recall why I felt that way but I know that I did.

  8. Hey William, i know how you mentioned before that everything is tied to Otherlife. Do you ever imagine going back and writing any more Otherlife books about Runner specifically, or are we just going to see Runner's story unfold through SS and WW?

One more question: i know you also mentioned that you'd be planning sequels in the SS and WW universes but given that they are now "tied" together, will future stories be told by Darren or Arand?

    1. There will be more otherlife books.

There will be more super sales books.

There will be more wild wastes books.

      Just not any time soon.

    2. Just finished the 3 super sale books, and the first WW book, about 1/2 way through the second. Quite interesting, I am enjoying them very much. Would it be safe to assume DD is connected somehow? Also because you mentioned "not anytime soon" how many projects are you working on? I intend on reading the rest of WW, as well as, Otherlife and just wanted to get a refrence on how long it is between your books. If there is enough time I'll probably jump to you other works while waiting.

  9. Love the books and had a few questions. Are the current series (ff and dd) going to all be trilogies as well? Now that you have merged your blogs do you plan on merging the pen name alter egos as well? Or do you prefer the different levels of content each publishes? Also just waned to say loved Stephanie Savannah's narration and hope you work with her on more of your series!

    1. Yep! Trilogy incoming.

      Always Trilogies.

And yes, I'll be keeping Stephanie for certain projects. Providing she's willing :)

  10. I have to say, I've listened to the first 3 of wild wastes. Love the content. The actresses you have reading them, enjoy their voicing of the stories.
Also started ff and really enjoy it.

When I heard the female voice over with the explicit parts: mind = blown

    1. I bet we'd have some interesting conversations.
Hell I married a writer. Although she won't change any names(fanfic) and publish.

  11. Love your books and look forward to the new series! Waiting to see if Rike is really reformed, how “Uncle” handles his first encounter with Runner, and how Runner reacts to what Amelia has been up to with Alex from FF...

  12. Is there a reason that Dungeon Deposed 2 is no longer available on Amazon in the Kindle edition?

    1. Apparently, are lot of new ebook releases got deleted from Amazon by accident.

  13. I own every audio book WDA and RD have published, and I absolutely enjoy them all. SS, FF, are at the top of the list. However, will you PLEASE continue with a trilogy for cultivating Chaos. Of all your books, I have loved CC most of all.
